COURTNEY - MANAGING DIRECTOR
As the Founder and Managing Director of LMCT Accounts, Ladies of LMCT and Fuel Efficient Motors, Courtney is a powerhouse in the automotive industry with over 2 decades of experience.
Starting out during her high school years, Courtney undertook work experience at Seymour Toyota and enjoyed the Industry so much she never left.
Her entrepreneurial spirit sparked when she began offering bookkeeping services to dealers in her spare time and quickly earned a reputation for her deep industry knowledge and precision.
Today, Courtney is a respected leader in the industry, sitting on several prestigious boards, including the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC) and VicRoads. She’s also in the final year of her Accounting degree, constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve.
KATHRYN - SENIOR BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Kathryn embarked on her journey in the automotive industry in 1997 at Carlin Motor Auctions, where her deep appreciation for the industry first began to flourish.
A certified Bookkeeper, she possesses an exceptional blend of precision and expertise.
Since joining LMCT Accounts in 2017, Kathryn has brought with her a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting small businesses. Her vast knowledge and meticulous approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.
GEORGIA - BOOKKEEPER
Georgia recently joined the team as a Bookkeeper, bringing with her valuable experience from the automotive industry, including her time at Cavalo Prestige. With a sharp eye for detail and a positive attitude, she helps keep everything organised, accurate, and on track each day.
TAMLYN - OFFICE MANAGER
Tamlyn is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear and the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly. She helps keep the office organised, welcoming, and full of positive energy.

LAUREN - LMCT APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT
Lauren joined us from Kevin Dennis Volkswagen, bringing a blend of expertise and a warm, can-do attitude.
She started as our Office Manager, but it didn’t take long for her natural problem-solving skills and passion for helping others to shine through and she's been our LMCT Application consultant for the past 3 years.
Her drive and strong interpersonal skills have made her an essential part of our team, assisting clients in navigating the process of obtaining and maintaining their Motor Car Traders Licence with ease and professionalism.
OFFICE CULTURE MANAGER
Meet Ella, the chocolate Labrador with a heart as big as her paws!
As our official Office Culture Manager her job is simple, keep everyone smiling with endless cuddles, fun walks, and a healthy dose of snack sharing!
When she’s not napping under the desks or helping sell cars, Ella’s busy spreading joy and making sure the office stays calm and happy, one tail wag at a time.
