COURTNEY - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Courtney is the Founder and Managing Director of LMCT Accounts, Ladies of LMCT, and LMCT Auto Solutions, with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Her journey began during high school when she completed work experience alongside her father at Seymour Toyota, and she enjoyed it so much she never looked back.
What started as helping dealers with bookkeeping in her spare time grew into a thriving business and a career built on passion, determination, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. Through years of hands-on experience, Courtney has earned a reputation for her industry knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to understand the business from every angle.
Today, Courtney is a highly respected leader helping shape the future of the automotive industry. She serves as Chairperson of the Used Car Trader Division at the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC), becoming the first woman in the organisation’s history to hold the role. She also represents the used car industry on the Industry Policy Council and sits on a VicRoads Reference Group, contributing to important discussions and decisions that influence the future of the industry.
Alongside leading multiple businesses, Courtney is in the final year of her accounting degree, continuing to invest in her own growth and knowledge. She knows the industry, understands the numbers behind it, and has dedicated years to helping drive it forward, not only building successful businesses but helping shape the industry itself.”
KATHRYN - SENIOR BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Kathryn embarked on her journey in the automotive industry in 1997 at Carlin Motor Auctions, where her deep appreciation for the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of the industry first began to flourish.
As a certified Bookkeeper, Kathryn brings an exceptional blend of precision, technical expertise, and practical industry knowledge to all clients. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensure that every set of accounts she manages is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Since joining LMCT Accounts in 2017, Kathryn has become a cornerstone of the team. She brings with her a wealth of experience across dealership operations and financial management in both the New and Used Car sectors, along with a genuine passion for supporting small business – which she happily shares with other team members and clients alike.
Kathryn takes pride in building strong, equitable, lasting relationships with her clients by understanding their unique needs which enables her to provide tailored solutions that help them grow with confidence.

Georgia is a dedicated Bookkeeper at LMCT Accounts, bringing valuable experience from the automotive industry, including her time at Cavalo Prestige. Her background in dealership environments gives her a strong understanding of the financial processes and day-to-day operations unique to the motor trade.
Known for her attention to detail and organised approach, Georgia plays an important role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that supports both the team and our clients.

Tamlyn is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear and the welcoming face that sets the tone for our entire office. With a natural ability to connect with people, she ensures every client, visitor, and team member feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.
She plays a vital role behind the scenes, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. From managing schedules and coordinating tasks to maintaining organisation across the team, Tamlyn brings structure, reliability, and a calm, can-do attitude to everything she does.

LAUREN - LMCT APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT
Lauren joined us from Kevin Dennis Volkswagen, where she gained hands-on experience in Aftermarket Sales and Administration before stepping into the role of Office Manager at LMCT Accounts. Her knack for problem-solving and connecting with people quickly led her into the world of Motor Car Trader Licence consulting.
For the past five years, Lauren has helped hundreds of applicants successfully obtain their Motor Car Traders Licence, guiding clients through licensing requirements, council approvals, permits, and applications with practical advice and a stress-free approach.
With her industry knowledge and people-first mindset, Lauren loves turning a process that can feel overwhelming into one that’s simple, smooth, and easy to navigate.
ELLA - OFFICE CULTURE MANAGER
Meet Ella, our chocolate Labrador with a heart as big as her paws!
As our official Office Culture Manager her job is simple, keep everyone smiling with endless cuddles, fun walks, and a healthy dose of snack sharing!
